Q: 1. Hi Does the PAH1 has below items in the box? #PAH1 Bracket Plate Adapter Two Allen wrenches Two screws to mount to Bracket Plate One set screw to provide anti rotation for screw in adapters Thanks a lot.

A: In the Box ProMediaGear PAH1 Bracket Plate Adapter for Straps or Camera Carrying Devices 2 x Hex Key 2 x Mounting Screw Set Screw Limited 5-Year Warranty

Q: 2. I use a Yongnuo Speedlite YN600EX-RT II with my Canon 5D Mark IV. What would people recommend for me to use to connect my flash to the camera using this bracket. I worry that something like the Vello TTL cable will raise up the flash too much and not fix the whole, "side shadow problem," which I assume this bracket is meant to solve to begin with. Thoughts? Thanks!

A: The TTL cable will not raise the flash that much. If you are worried about it being a little out of position because of the cable, or you want greater flexibility, The Yongnuo YN-E3-RT II Wireless Speedlite Transmitter for Canon linked here can be an option. https://bhpho.to/2QNUvJb. This will allow one to place the Flash in any position you want.

Q: 3. What are the benefits of putting your flash next to the lens like this?

A: It allows for a very compact camera setup. It also handles better as the weight and center of gravity is lower than when the flash is high up on the camera.

Q: 4. What are the pros and cons to titanium vs. aluminum? I curious as to why titanium is cheaper???

A: The BBGv2 is designed for cameras with a grip or taller bodied cameras. The material is all T6061 Aircraft Aluminum and anodized black. The only titanium piece is the front rotation area. We use that for wear resistance. The BBGv2 in Titanium (color) is just anodized in a silver Titanium finish put on the arm. It's still Aluminum. The price is in violation of our sales policy. Pick it up quick! It's suppose to be $362.45!

Q: 5. Can this be used comfortably with Black Rapid R-Straps?

A: yes sure this its the best bracket you can buy its realy comfortably you can even grab the bracket it self with you free hand to have more estability i use it with rapid straps and its fine

Q: 6. Is it include a CS2: Low Profile Cold Shoe ?

A: Yes. It comes with a cold shoe.

Q: 7. Can this bracket be attached to a tripod or monopod?

A: Absolutely. The Bracket Plate on the Bottom (PBX3-BD) is Arca Type. 1.5 width. To attach to non-Arca Standard Heads there are 1/4-20 screw holes on the bottom to mount a plate.

Q: 8. I am trying to raise a mattebox that sits too low. Can the riser part be raised to where the rods break the plane of the top base?

A: The rods can be raised and lowered. If not enough, then it depends on your matte box and camera. If you have further questions please email us. provideo@bhphoto.com.

Q: 9. Looks like a great bracket! How about a left hand version?

A: This one is not reversible, but they do sell a left side version. Heck, you can mount one one both sides!

Q: 10. Will my speedlight attach directly to this bracket? Or do I need another item?

A: I use a Yongnuo Speedlite YN600EX-RT II with my Canon 5D Mark IV. What would people recommend I use for a connection between my camera and the flash, with this bracket. I worry that something like the Vello TTL Flash Cord would raise the flash up too much and not really solve the whole, "side shadow in portraits" problem, which I assume this bracket is supposed to solve. Thoughts anyone? Thanks.

Bought the PMG Paparazzi bracket set from B&H, and the bracket without base plate (which isn’t offered at B&H, but you can get directly from PMG) to create a double-armed bracket for flash on both sides. It’s very high quality, and I’ve attached two flexible arms (with 1/4”-20 thread) directly to each arm, for a compact but versatile double flash bracket. It’s light but feels very strong, and the baseplate is great. Arcs-Swiss compatible, and works with a button-release, 360degree swivel strap holder (also from PMG) which I also find to be a fantastic solution for running and gunning. Easy to get camera to shooting position without having to think about the strap, and you can pop off with one button push to go straight to tripod. Very elegant how the different PMG parts work so seamlessly together. Main thing I love about the bracket, unlike most other options, is the L-shape design, which keeps the bracket away from your hands. I have large hands, and on my D750, if I use a bracket that goes straight across the base of the camera, the base plate affects my gripping of the camera - hits the outer edge of the palm. With the Paparazzi, all clear. That design also keeps everything close in to the camera, for a more compact footprint, even with two off-camera flash units. Overall a very well designed and executed product. Highly recommend.
