A: I couldn't say for that exact system but having owned this product for a good few months now and with many different systems, I have found that on wireless systems everyone else on the network tells me I am very very quiet compared to wearing a generic headset - I believe this can be fixed by turning up the gain on the pack, but not all packs seem ti have this control. Wired systems I have never had any problems with.I have tried to contact eartec about this with no success as of yet.

A: Yes, they come with one rechargeable battery for each radio, which can easily last a whole day with moderate use. You can purchase a spare battery if you're worried about them dying. Just look at the accessories list and you can get a battery only or a battery with a belt clip for a little more. They do come with three charging stations and a nice carrying case.If you do order extra batteries, make sure they send the correct ones. I was accidentally sent a similar battery that fit on the radio, but wasn't the correct voltage and it fried it. Had to send it back for a replacement.
