Q: 1. I have a UL5S kit but I lost a Main headband, if I buy this headband, can I synchronize them with the 4 slave headbands that I have left?

A: Yes, if you purchase this master headset, it can be programmed to work with your other headsets. Eartec can assist you with this if needed as well.

Q: 2. Can I pair this master with my remote HD version?

Q: 3. I want to know how to add another group of this same, I have 3 units and I want to add one more, can you add there are some settings?

A: If you are only going to have 4 you can simply add another unit you will need to clear the programming and then reconnect all 3 units to the master. If you are going to have more than 4 you will need to purchase the hub and you can go up to 7 units.

Q: 4. is the blue button on the master supposed to be recessed? Does it have any function? When my charger is not red or green does that indicate a full charge?

A: Hello I'm not an eartech rep so maybe they can give exact anwsers. In either of my sets the rubber button on the earcup is used for the power and pairing on the remote headsets. On the master headsets however the power button is a physical rocker switch on the bottom of the earcup and the rubber button is shaved down but does still function as the pair button. Not sure about the light ont he carger. When mine are charging the led is red and when its done it stays lit green . Hope this info helps... best wishes! IMHO: Overall a great product! A: You can add a dual ear remote model to a single ear system. Please note the final total count of your system would have to equal either 1 master headset and up to 4 remote headsets, or 1 Hub mini and up to 8 total remote headsets. Q: 8. I bought 2 sets and i want to link them together, can one of the masters be used as a remote?

A: The master may be used as a remote.

A: This system is fully mobile as long as they are in range with each other the master can move around as well.

Q: 10. The headset in the photo does not show the “HD” designation on the ear cup. I have two HD units and both have the HD designation. I want to make sure this is not the “classic” version since the two are not compatible with each other. So is this the “classic” or “HD” version?

A: This is not the HD version, it is the 'classic' version.
