Q: 1. Since these backdrops are vinyl, how are they stored/transported since they cannot be folded/scrunched up like the fabric backgrounds?

A: They come rolled up in a big tube.

Q: 2. How thick is the background?

A: The vinyl is fairly heavy, but combined with the backing I will roughly guess about 3/32 to 1/8 thick.The background is not folded, it's wrapped on a tube and is shipped in a very heavy shipping tube. Excellent product.

A: Wei,Not sure what the issue may have been back in February of last year as the current one shown here appears identical to the file we use at Wescott to print the backdrop. Provided your monitor is fairly accurate and you light the background appropriately for photography, I cannot see why your final image would not provide the same tones and patterns you see in the sample image.

A: You can use the backdrop as a floor with the X-drop. There are also baseboards which can be used to create a good transition from the background to the floor.

A: This is printed on Vinyl and it can be used as a backdrop or a floor mat.

A: I haven't looked at in in a while but I believe it is sharp. It does photograph well. And, of course, it depends on your aperture settings.

A: The Vinyl backdrops do not have any velcro attachments. They are designed with the grommets to attach easily to the Westcott X-drop frames.
