A: According to the manufacturer, "[The On-Stage RDLS1000 1 RU Locking Rack Drawer] uses[s] a plastic latching mechanism to keep drawers in place, pushing down on the latch on the front of the drawer allows you to open the drawer. That being said, if held at an angle and especially with any additional weight inside the drawer it’s fairly easy for that latch to pop open and the drawers will move. Locking the drawers would be the only way to truly secure them in place if at an angle."
