A: In order that you get the best performance between battery and charger, we strongly recommend that you keep it all in the family. We therefore suggest for the HC7S that you get the Switronix GP-2LSJ 2-Position Simultaneous Charger. Please see attached. That being said, the HyperCore Slim V-Mount will charge on Sony, IDX, and Switronix V-Mount chargers, and chances are very good it will be fine on the IndiPRO. However, this combination has not been tested by Switronix therefore performance cannot be verified nor guaranteed at this time.

A: Battery run and charge times are so situation dependent, manufacturer's are unable to post this seemingly obvious information. In the process of determining the time the process takes, consideration must be made regarding the size of the battery, how depleted it is and then multiply by how many batteries need to be charged. The best answer we can give is an guesstimate of 2-4-6 hours.

Q: 5. Will this quad battery charger properly charge my RED Brick V-Mount Batteries?

A: Currently our manufacturer if doing testing with RED batteries on this charger. As for now we don't believe that this quad charger will properly charge RED batteries. We will inform you once we find out the test results.

A: In the manual for this battery, IDX states:"Only charge with IDX lithium ion chargers and refrain from charging with third party chargers.'

A: Yes it will. This charger will not overcharge or cause the batteries to overheat.
