I've used this paper for years & when printing with my Epson Stylus Photo R2400 (old) printer using the Epson paper profiles, results are superb.

This paper at 190g/m2 is not the heftiest paper which some might find a negative however if permanence is a priority you should note that according to the Wilhelm Research Institute this paper continues to be one of the highest rated printing substrates. It exceeds many other fine papers by 60-100 years. I believe that those who have had a bad experience printing on this paper probably edit their image as they normally do and hit print and then are like yuck! I have found it is critically important to edit my image and then soft proof and adjust accordingly. That is a must to get a beautiful print. Because of the paper thickness when it comes out of the printer it may be a bit rippled and feel a touch damp from the back. Don't fret. Just lay it down and let it sit for a while. The ink dries and the paper will be nice and flat. This paper is a beautiful paper for the right application and if you use it correctly. At first I was a bit put off by the lighter weight however, in consideration that the print will be framed the most important thing to me is permanence. Do you want a thicker feeling paper that your image will last 100 years less? If so then don't use this and pay 3 times more per sheet for something else. For a matte paper also your image will be very sharp.

Epson Radiant White is a good value for the money. I'm an artist and to save money, I use an Epson Workforce 7720 all-in-one home printer to create prints of my work. Paper quality is essential because (by industry standards) my printer isn't considered suitable for printing fine art (although I beg to differ quite often). So, I tried this budget-friendly Epson paper and much to my surprise, it printed beautifully with a few caveats.
The colors are vibrant, however, I did need to tweak my hue adjustment as I was getting some strong pink hues in the output where there shouldn't have been. This may simply be due to the printer instead of the paper, so take that as you may, although I rarely have to make adjustments like this. I also bumped up my saturation because as you can see on my original, which was painted on Arches cold-pressed paper, the original was duller than my aim. The paper handled this tweak superbly without ugly tell-tale color shifts in the overall print, such as what can sometimes occur with dark tones.

The grain is very fine, what I would equate to hot-pressed watercolor paper. Do note: the more textured side is the wrong side. I do wish Epson would coat both sides to give the option as I think the heavier texture would translate well with the medium I used for this piece of art. Nevertheless, the fine texture did allow the original texture of my paper to come through somewhat. Also, as you can see in the photos, the general and border edges are pristine with no bleeding or color shift.
Lastly, the weight is solid enough for art prints, but not heavy. You can see in the one photo where I have the print set atop a glass jar and the print does not flop or bow. That's my standard test and it passes.
Overall, I am so pleased with this paper. Considering the price and quality, I certainly recommend this.
