A: I made several frames from aluminum strips. The frames are durable and lightweight.

A: I bought this item and rather than opaque I would describe it as translucent. And in that regard it works great. I use softboxes facing the model and an alien bee behind the dropdrop and it lights up the back ground in the image as titanium white, its great.

Q: 3. Does the texture of the fleece-like material require care about keeping out of focus? Sounds like it's not as smooth as paper - even stretched out...?

A: These are not as smooth like Seamless paper

A: This product weighs 32 pounds.

Q: 5. How do you mount it on Paper Drive? It bows under the weight. After a week or so, it droops for couple inches. I was thinking, may be to add a crosspole for the support. Will it work?

A: I think using the pole inserted into the paper roll is the best way to do it. I don't think the paper roll is sturdy enough to be a long term solution to support the weight of the background as it will weaken in the middle and break as indicated by the slight bend in the middle when you suspect it on its own weight.

A: Funny you should ask because that's what I use mine for when it's not being used on a shoot. It doesn't do a perfect job of blocking 100% of the window light but it will definitely help reduce by at least 75%(my opinion). I'll see if there's a way to upload a picture.

Q: 8. Does the vinyl reflect speedlight flash if using either a white card or diffuser?

A: Not really. With enough direct lighting you MIGHT get a little, but you're more concerned with shadow..... So much depends on distance and angle of your light source.

A: This background comes in a bag and is wrinkle free.
