Q: 1. What is the quality of the stand? Weight?

A: I only ordered the Green Screen alone, not the stands. I use a couple of grlp stands for support. I can tell you that the fabric is great. It is made of a material that has a degree of stretch to it, so getting it set without any wrinkles is pretty easy. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Q: 2. Does the texture of the fleece-like material require care about keeping out of focus? Sounds like it's not as smooth as paper - even stretched out...?

A: These are not as smooth like Seamless paper

Q: 4. How opaque is this backdrop? If I put a couple 2,000 lumen light strips behind it, will they illuminate/diffuse or mostly block the light?

A: I bought this item and rather than opaque I would describe it as translucent. And in that regard it works great. I use softboxes facing the model and an alien bee behind the dropdrop and it lights up the back ground in the image as titanium white, its great.

Q: 5. Is this backdrop thick enough to prevent light from bleeding through?

A: I'm not quite sure the context you have in mind, but I've set it up in front of a window and there'll be a bit of light come through, but it's not an issue if you're then hitting the background with a flash to blow it out white.

Q: 6. Is this material dense enough to use to black out light from large windows?

A: Funny you should ask because that's what I use mine for when it's not being used on a shoot. It doesn't do a perfect job of blocking 100% of the window light but it will definitely help reduce by at least 75%(my opinion). I'll see if there's a way to upload a picture.

Q: 7. What is the maximum pole diameter for the pole socket pouch on this green screen?

A: The opening has clearance below the grommets to accept a pole 2 inches in diameter or less.
