Bus Mastering eliminates the need for communicating with the host CPU of your device by transferring data directly between the HBA and the system memory. Doing this relieves the CPU from the burden of managing protocol activities and increases system bandwidth for other applications.
Tagged Command Queuing allows for multiple I/O commands to be processed in any order, improving overall performance of read and write requests to hard drives.
Disconnect/Reconnect is a feature that increases bus performance by eliminating wait times between the HBA and other devices. This can enable dynamic sharing of the bus bandwidth in sophisticated environments.
Advanced algorithms are implemented to provide optimized performance for workgroup applications such as digital content creation, rich media, prepress, and databases.

I use it in my 2019 Mac Pro with 4x2TB m.2 SSDs from Samsung. The passive cooling works great, I see consistent write/read speed rates in continuous heavy use and the drive is silent.
