I use it to clean the sensor of any digital camera with removable lens. The vacuum cleaner device is an excellent way to remove lint and dust from the sensor surface. I find it better than using a brush or swab.

The one thing that I did not anticipate when moving to an entirely mirorrless workflow was the amount of sensor dust I would encounter. Without a mirror to block some of the airborne debris, MILCs become filthy pretty quickly. I followed B&H support staff's advice and picked up this sensor scope as well as both dry and wet cleaning products. This scope illuminates and magnifies the sensor surface, allowing a perfect view of each particle requiring removal. I use it weekly and it helps me to maintain a spotless sensor.

I used to send in my camera to Canon each time the sensor got dirty. I do a lot of motorsports photography and don't really change lenses like I should. Got this kit and cleaned the sensor and worked like a charm! I would only recommend the experienced photographer try to clean their own sensor. You could damage it if not done properly.The magnafying glass piece is great for finding that dust particle that keeps escaping.However, the vaccum was not the best. It seemed to leave dust in its path.

Exactly what I needed to see and remove visible dust from my sensors. On a tight budget I just can't afford to have my gear professionally cleaned so do it yourself is the way to go.

My Canon 5D MkIII had gotten a nasty spot on the sensor, even thought I am very careful with it. I tried cleaning it with another swab product and it just smeared the mess around. I got frustrated and bought this kit. The instructions are very good, and the swabs and solution are MUCH better than the other product, and it cleaned things right up. Also like the sensor pen. The only weak part is the vac tool, as others have mentioned. But I just used a blower bulb to get the final dust off and all is clear again.

I used this on my Nikon D3s and it did a great job...easy instructions. I first tried this a few years ago myself using only the only a pre-soaked wand. As it turned out the solution in the wand had long since dried up and I just ended up smearing the pre-filter and had to have cleaned by a dealer ($). So I was a little anxious about trying this but I'm glad I did. Not a big deal...just follow the instructions and watch the video.
