Tele Vue engineered this short focal length DeLite Series 4mm Eyepiece to produce a high magnification on most OTAs, and be as sharp and clear as their venerable Delos line, but smaller and more lightweight. The eyepiece features fully multi-coated optics that maximize light transmission and improve color and contrast across its entire wide 62° field of view. An exceptionally-long 20mm eye relief allows users to back off the eyecup for a more comfortable viewing experience with a greatly reduced risk of interfering vibrations caused by accidental contact with the eyepiece lens. The eyepiece is outfitted with their proprietary locking eyeguard which lets you set the eye relief in the perfect position whether you wear glasses or not. This DeLite has a barrel diameter of 1.25" to fit into the most common size focusers and accessories, and is parfocal with all Tele Vue Group 'B' eyepieces, allowing you to change compatible eyepieces without having to refocus - saving time and limiting vibrations.

A: @ 2800mm of Focal length on the C11 you would be off the chart at almost 600X magnification. Way too much. Televue recommends not higher than 350X magnification. So the 8mm version would fit the bill better.
