A: It does fit but it will cover the Magsafe power connector but you can use the USB-C Power port to power your computer.

The Satechi USB Type-C Combo Hub (Blue) is exactly what I needed to allow for additional components to be used with my Mac desktop. Since the Mac only has a few USB-C ports included, this hub allows me to have three standard USB ports for my existing devices as well SD and Mini-SD card slots. It worked exactly as I expected, it matches the color theme of my MAC desktop and it is compact in size. I highly recommend this product! 5

I have a Macbook Pro Touch and have been wanting one of these for a while. I saw a B&H special and purchased one. I have to say, it is great. Compact so it doesn't add any additional weight, but sturdy to do the job. I have used it for all of the attachments and Does what it says. I recommend it highly. 5
