The medium, black Porta Brace Video Vest is made especially for ENG and EFP photographers and sound technicians. The Video Vest offers a comfortable, practical solution for audio/video technicians. It is made of a mid-weight Cordura fabric and is very durable, waterproof and has a soft inner layer.

There are 23 pockets for brick batteries, tapes, tools, secure passport and wallet, pens, Rain Slicker, ID, lunch, and even DV camcorder. There is grab handle on the top and a mesh vent on the rear of the vest. Adjustable side cinches allow extra room over sweaters. Additional side zippers provide extra freedom when needed.

Q: 1. Does this vest come in a size small?

A: I'd have to add that I never have worn it for that reason and am still wearing a somewhat heavier cotton canvas vest that is more than thirty years old.

A: The vests are larger than the US jacket measurement. The Domke PhoTOGS Vest Medium and small has 47" and 44" chest measurements respectively.

A: The pockets in this vest cannot hold a larger lens like the Canon 100-400mm.

Q: 4. Will one of the interior pockets accommodate a travel,documents case that is 5x9 inches?

A: On the right inside there is a 5x7 pocket. On the lower back inside there is a 8x8 zipper pocket. On the left side is a small pocket. I have an iPad used in travel. So on the left inside, I had a large pocket put in so the iPad would slip inside.

Q: 5. I normally wear a womens size medium. One of the Humvee by CampCo Safari Photo Vest many said it was not good for women sizes, just too big. How would this one due for a womens medium sized? Really want to try a photography vest, but none seems to be made for women's sizing.

A: I have a medium. I am about 5'6 and weigh 135 pounds with a medium build (about a 35 waist). I like the fit (a smaller size I feel would be somewhat constrictive). Also I like the mesh style for the summer. There are many pockets of all sizes (I think about 14 in all) ... the hardest thing for me is to remember is where I put everything! A: This product is measured by chest size. The Large is for those with a chest size between 42 to 45 inches.

Super vest, if you are like me any new vest or bag will take a while to get used to just so you know where you put all your various tools. This one had great access points and felt secure and comfortable and just fit well. I like a vest that feels like I'm wearing only the essential accessory, I don't want to feel like I'm hiking around an extra bag etc, and this one fits that bill just perfectly. 5

This is a replacement for the one I have owned over 20 years and taken all over the world and has served excellently. It's as good as its predecessor with one minor comment. My old vest was essentially identical with the new one, except the old one had handwarmer pockets and the new one doesn't. But this is too trivial to downgrade it from 5 stars. My hands never get cold anyway. 5

Bought vest for a three week trip to Alaska. Have not gone yet but I like all the pockets for filters, batteries etc. will make it easier to get rather taking back pack off to retrieve what I will need. After being a wedding and portrait photography and now doing what I really enjoy (landscape and travel) its fun getting different accessories. B&H is a great place for all your photography needs. 5
