This Gear for CLM-5 or cforce mini from ARRI is designed for use with a CLM-5 or cforce mini lens control motor. This 0.8-mod, 32-pitch, 40-tooth gear is compatible with ARRI/Zeiss and Fujifilm focus, iris, and zoom gears. It will also drive the focus gear on Panavision lenses.

A: No, the ACM-1 Active cforce Motor Controller with UBUS interface will only work with ARRI Cforce motors. It does not support ARRI CLM-3 Motors.

A: It is powered by the LBUS. It does not come with the cable.

Q: 8. Does this cable provide camera control via a Hi-5, or only run/stop?

Q: 9. Will this gear fit a Arri Follow focus 2?

A: Yes, the ARRI Follow Focus Gear (0.8 Mod, 35 Teeth) will support and work with the the Arri Mini Follow Focus MFF-2.

Q: 10. Are these compatible with cForce Plus Motors?

We use this with our older Sony wireless lapel mics for shooting with our Canon 5D MkII, and it works perfectly. A bit long, but we just wrap the cable around the hot shoe mount a few times 5

I have a Sony wireless microphone set but recently i have been using my Canon 5D mark 2 to do video and the kit came with XLR connections. This mini to mini with locking connection allows me to plug directly into my Canon without having to use an XLR to mini converter 5

My Sony A7IV wouldn't work with a Sony UX receiver using a standard 3.5mm cable because Sony had to be different with their wireless devices. The tip/ring must be wired differently in this cable to make it work. 5
