A: Pawan,We cannot guarantee any other 3rd party accessories work with our hardshell cases. That being said, to the comments already posted, the Satechi adapter does sit flush against the MacBook and I would say there is a likely chance the adapter does not work with the bottom of the hardshell attached. If you do find that it does work, please share with the community, as I am sure you are not the only member with this question.

I work in a bright office in Boulder, CO right next to a very large outside window. The glare from afternoon sun almost made the laptop unusable no matter the angle, and I often had to draw the blinds completely to fix the problem. I'd wanted the matte screen version of the MBP from the get-go, but my company only orders the standard gloss screen. I'd say that this cover is on par with the stock matte version. Installation was very easy and no bubbles appeared due to the heavy weight of the material. Would definitely recommend this addition to the standard gloss MBP screen. 5

I have an annoying, glossy screen on my MacBook Pro, plus large windows in my office. I was always adjusting the angle of my screen to avoid glare. I read reviews of different matte screen guards and this one sounded the best. I am very happy with it. Because it only adheres to the border around the screen, you don't have to worry about bubbles. I have virtually no glare now, even with windows directly behind my back. 5

The loss in color and sharpness are acceptable, you have to look at the screen straight on for best sharpness. Sticks well to the display. 5
