[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an expansion dock for my MacBook that allows a 4K monitor and multiple USB devices to share one USB-C port on the MacBook, as well as provide AC power over the same single port. Despite the claims of the expansion dock manufacturer (Note: not a Belkin device), the USB-C cable they provided to connect the dock to the MacBook created persistent video sync problems with the 4K monitor. After months of frustration, I purchased this Belkin cable which immediately resolved all video sync problems. I recommend it highly to anyone using a similar configuration or needing a high quality, high performance USB-C cable. 5

Very sturdy cable, like most Belkin products. I use it strictly to supply power for my Sound Devices MixPre-3 from a RavPower 20,100 mAh Type-C battery pack. Works great. 5

Not sure about the other reviewer that posted a 1-star, but this cable works great for me! No fit issues with a. 2018 Touch Bar MacBookPro. Very fast USB3 speeds, and no need for a dongle/adapter. Ive got no complaints. 5
