A: The SmallHD 703 UltraBright On-Camera Monitor is not sold with a mount, so you would need to purchase one separately. As for which one to get, that depends on where you want to mount the monitor to, and which kind of mounting support you have for your camera. If you want to mount directly to the Z8 the only option you have is the cold shoe on top or the 1/4"-20 tripod threading on the bottom. I recommend using the Axler AA-7 Recodo Articulating Arm (7"), BH #AXAA7. As for transmission, you would need a wireless transmission system like the Teradek Bolt 6 XT 750 12G-SDI/HDMI Wireless RX/TX Deluxe Kit (Gold Mount), BH #TE102300G.

A: When it comes to specifications, the manufacturer's website takes precedent. In this case, ye,s the 703 was listed by SmallHD as being 10bit. However, apparently this is moot for the 703 Ultra Bright is no longer available.
