Its front sight outline is photoluminescent yellow and its three dots are green, illuminated by Trijicon's tritium phosphor lamps.

The narrow front sight enhances the ability to identify targets, expedite engagements and see location of hits on target at longer distances. The tritium lamps require no batteries and are warranted for 12 years from the date of manufacture.
