The cocoa B6 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone, Very Low Sens, with Detachable TA4F Connector for Shure Wireless Transmitters from Countryman is a very small lav microphone measuring one tenth of an inch in diameter with changeable protective caps, which provide moisture resistance and color options. The mic can be used to capture audio for theater, broadcast, churches, and general lavalier applications.
Built with a low handling noise and rugged construction, the B6 lavalier microphone can be easily hidden in hair or on costumes, or taped to a performer's face. The aramid cable and ultra-thin diaphragm deliver a natural sound while its tiny size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection. The B6's cable terminates to a TA4F connector for direct connection to a Shure Axient AX100 wireless bodypack transmitter.
Additionally, swappable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or match other microphones. The B6 microphone is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. These caps can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement.

Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, with five colors to match clothing, hair, and skin tones. Use a felt tip marker to color the white caps for near-perfect concealability. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.
The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps, and works well in hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it world-class survivability.
The B6 provides high-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and thin diaphragm combine to offer low handling noise. The flat frequency response accurately captures voice or instruments, and the small size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.
Changeable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. Versions are available for different speaking or singing styles, with high overload capability for recording instruments.

Related Questions and Answers
Q: 1. Is this mic compatible with a Shure wired model PGX1? The PGX1 has a 4 pin connection.
A: This microphone is compatible Shure wireless systems, including the PGXD1.
Q: 2. How long is the mic cable?
A: Cable Length: 5 Feet
Q: 3. Hi I have ev body pack bp300 can I use this mic with my system it has 4 pin connector ta4 but m not sure ta4 and mini xlr is same or not
A: Shure TA4 is a 4 pin connector similar to the EV connector, however Shure and EV wiring is not the same and not interchangeable unfortunately. This mic will not work with the BP300.
Q: 4. Will this work with DJI mics?
A: Yes, the Countryman EMW Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone for Digital Recorders uses a 3.5mm TRS plug and only requires 1.5 volts of plug-in power. It will work with the DJI mic wireless transmitter, as well as similar models like the RODE Wireless GO II. Countryman also offers the EMW mics in other configurations (for a hard-wired XLR connection) and in a range of compatibility options for use with many other wireless systems that are available.
Q: 5. how do you use this mic when recording to say a tascam 70d???
A: The Shure WL93-6 features a 4 pin female connector (TA4F) designed for connection to a Shure wireless system transmitter only. This version will not connect to a recorder such as the DR-70D. The Shure SM93 is the same microphone and ships with an XLR preamp that can be powered by a recorder that offers XLR mic inputs such as the Tascam unit.
Q: 6. Do they have this in a mini jack version, so I can connect it to my h1?
A: A Zoom H1 will not support the necessary power requirement for a Shure WL93. The WL93's condenser element requires 5+Vdc to operate whereas the Zoom H1's powered 3.5mm input provides only 2.5 volts of plug-in power. To ensure compatibility with your H1, you will need to select another plug-in mic that either has a condenser or MEMS style element with a lower power requirement or has a dynamic element requiring no power.
Q: 7. What is the difference between Shure WB98H/C and PGA98H-TQG?
A: the WB98/C has a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz, while the PGA is just 60Hz to 20kHz. The WB98H/C also can handle louder situations, with a max input level of 143.5dB, while the PGA's max is 130 dB. The WB98/C also has much higher output, which means that you do not have to turn up the input gain as high, which will keep it quieter.
Q: 8. Is the 3.5mm connector right angle?Or is it a regular one?I'm asking this because the mic plug is on the right side of my recorder. Thanks
A: This is a straight cable and connector.
Q: 9. Is there an adapter for Sennheiser EK 100?
A: The Sennheiser EK 100 is a wireless receiver. The SK 100 is a wireless transmitter. This particular Senal UEM-155-TA4F-BE Omni Earset Microphone has a TA4F connector for use with transmitters from Shure. Instead of an adapter, there is a Senal UEM-155-35H-BE Omni Earset Microphone with 3.5mm Locking Connector for Sennheiser Transmitters (B&H # SEUE15535HBE).
Q: 10. My preamp phantom power is 48V. Will that power the ISOMAX 2?
A: Yes. 48v will power this wired xlr microphone.
