The tan B6 Omnidirectional Lavalier Mic, Very Low Sens, with Detachable Hardwired 3-Pin XLR Connector from Countryman is a very small lav microphone measuring one tenth of an inch in diameter with changeable protective caps, which provide moisture resistance and color options. The mic can be used to capture audio for theater, broadcast, churches, and general lavalier applications.

Built with a low handling noise and rugged construction, the B6 lavalier microphone can be easily hidden in hair or on costumes, or taped to a performer's face. The aramid cable and ultra-thin diaphragm deliver a natural sound while its tiny size makes the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.

Additionally, swappable protective caps let you shape the frequency response for different situations or match other microphones. The B6 microphone is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps. These caps can be quickly removed for cleaning or replacement.

Looks great when you want to see it, virtually disappears when you don't. The B6 is easily hidden in hair or on costumes, or taped to a performer's face. Never suffer the hassle and degraded sound quality of under-clothing miking again.

The B6 is resistant to makeup, sweat, and moisture when used with the supplied protective caps, and is well-suited to use in the hair or on the body. The protective caps are easily removed for cleaning or replacement, and the aramid-reinforced cable gives it durability.

The B6 provides professional-quality audio with low distortion at SPL up to 140 dB on 48V phantom power. The aramid cable and ultra-thin diaphragm combine to deliver very low handling noise. The tiny size and natural sound pickup make the B6 easy to position for ambient noise and feedback rejection.

Swappable, protective caps allow you to shape the frequency response for different situations or to match other microphones. The hardwired XLR connector allows you to interface with other preamps, amplifiers, mixers, and other equipment.

Very low, mic near user's mouth.

A: The Countryman H6 Omnnidirectional Headset Microphone has three sensitivity options. The W5 band is for general speaking, the W6 band is for loud speaking and vocals, and the W7 band is for powerful vocals, such as opera. Q: 2. If I have a zoom recorder, which can output 24 or 48 phantom power, which is better to choose for this mic or it doesn't matter?

A: The Sennheiser MKE 2 Gold Series Subminiature Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with XLR Connector & MZ 2 Accessory Set accepts anywhere between 13 and 48 volts of phantom power. To avoid confusion when using the same input for other microphones, it might be simplest to use 48v.

Q: 3. What is the maximum distance from ear lobe to ear lobe?

A: I dont think there is a single answer to that question. Everyone has a different size head and different size ear lobes. So I dont think there is a single maximum distance from lobe to lobe.

Q: 4. Can it run with phantom power?

A: The H6 with hardwired XLR connector will require phantom power in order to operate.

Q: 5. Hello.I wanted to know if is a TA4F Mini-XLR option for this headset?Thanks

A: Yes, there are H6 headsets available with a TA4F connector. Please be aware that the connectors are wired for use with specific wireless transmitters, so even if the connector type is the one you need, it may not work with your transmitter. For example, Beyerdynamic, Mipro, Sabine all use TA4F connectors, but the internal wiring of the connectors is different. Please contact us before placing your order and we can help you to select a mic that is compatible for use with your wireless system. You can reach us by phone at 800-606-6969.

Q: 6. I have a Phantom 48v on mic inputs , can I use ECM 55b and 44b with the Phantom on.I know the 44b is battery only . Can I use it with Phantom 48v on.?Thank You

Q: 7. Has anyone used these with the Tascam DR-40?

A: The Movo Photo LV4-O2 Omnidirectional Lavalier Microphone with XLR Connector is compatible for use with the Tascam DR-40 Portable Audio Recorder. The recorder can supply the 48V of phantom power that the mic requires.

Q: 8. Band colors for countryman headset?
