The Medium SilverDome nxt from Photoflex features removable front front and interior diffusers, loops for hanging overhead without a boom and a high output Brimstone silver interior with heat resistance up to 2000W. Touch-fastener flaps open to ventilate the softbox while setup and breakdown is fast and easy thanks to its Quick Release Corners.

A: The front panel and the inner baffle are about 1 stop each of light loss.Chimera speedrings will work but that is about it. Note that this softbox has been discontinued.

A: The case included with this kit would measure 36 inches long x 10 inches wide. If your flight case is within those dimensions, then the bag will fit.

A: Yes, this Photoflex Large SilverDome NXT will fit an Arrilite 750 Plus directly since the light has an intergrated speed ring.

A: Yes, I have fit it to several of my Mole fresnels that are of similar size. Obviously you'll need the correct speed ring too.

Over the last couple of years I have tried out several sources for my photographic equipment and have settled on B and H. They have been excellent to dea with. Regarding this soft box it worked out great and my photos are making me money. I had wanted a larer softbox to take stills and portraits. This works great. So far no negatives.very happy. Great ... and product. 5

I use this for lighting interviews and short films. I've set it up several times now but, the more I do it, the quicker I get. Read the directions to find the most efficient way to set it up. I wouldn't recommend running a high watt bulb in it too long. I use a Lowel Tota with a 750W lamp and it started to smoke after 10 minutes. Luckily I found I only needed to run a 500W lamp so I think that'll help later on. It does what it is supposed to and seems super durable! 5

This is a great softbox, very comparable to Chimera but a lot less money. I use it with my Chimera Speedring and it works great. I love the idea of a replaceable front diffuser. 5

My old flash-only medium-sized softbox was coming apart at the seams so I replaced it with this so I could also use it for video hotlights. This is a really nice softbox, especially at its price point. I can't see any reason why I'd want anything else. The fabric has a much stronger feel to it than the one that I replaced; it softens the light nicely without spilling out unwanted light; and I've used 700W hotlights in it for hours with no problem at all. For me it's perfect. 5
