Use this Focus Gear from Sea & Sea to control manual focusing with your Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM lens with the Kenko Teleplus HD 1.4X DGX teleconverter in a compatible lens port. A: Kenko has tested the Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L which can work with the TELEPLUS HD Pro Teleconverter depending on the conditions in the scene, mainly the amount of light. However, autofocus is not guaranteed. As for the EF 400mm f/5.6L, that has not been tested.
