With a classic design featuring BAK4 Porro prisms, the 6.5x32 Adventurer T WP Binoculars from Opticron are a versatile optic suited to a wide variety of uses. Their lenses are multi-coated on all surfaces exposed to the air, reducing reflection and increasing light transmission for bright, sharp images.

The 6.5x magnification allows for a very stable image, free of the hand-shake experienced at higher magnifications. You'll enjoy vistas and pick up distant viewing targets easily thanks to the binoculars' generous 483' field of view at 1000 yards.

The Adventurer T WP is built for the rigors of the field with a rubber-armored waterproof chassis. Each eyepiece features a fold-down rubber eyecup for adjusting to each user's comfort level, with or without eyewear. A soft case, a wide nylon strap, and rubber objective lens covers are included.

        Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Thanks. But I still don't know the difference between "apparent'" and "actual" angle of view for comparison to Snypex 10x32. ?

A: The apparent angle of view is what it looks like through your binoculars: as if you were (in the case of the Opticron 10x32 Discovery WA ED Binoculars) 10 times (10x) closer to the object. The field of view measures the same thing in concrete terms, as 318' @ 1000 yd--the width of the view at 1000 yards distance.

Q: 2. Does Opticron use eco-glass in their binoculars?

A: They come with extra-low dispersion (ED) glass.

        Q: 3. Country of origin?

A: The country of origin for the Opticron 8x32 Traveller BGA ED Binoculars BH #OP8X32TBGA • MFR #30648 is China.

Q: 4. What is the lever on the side? Is that the focusing mechanism?

A: The lever on the Opticron 8x25 T4 Trailfinder WP Monocular (Black) BH #OP8X25T4TMB • MFR #30710 is for focusing.

Q: 5. How do I use the rangefinder on the bargains 11036?

A: You will find your answer in this PDF file file:///C:/Users/johnp/AppData/Local/Microsoft/windows/INetCache/Content.Outlook/0L3DFXVN/Battalion_BC338.pdf

Q: 6. Is this binocular fog proof and waterproof like the Kowa 6x30 YF ?.

A: The Opticron 6x30 Savanna WP Porro Prism Binoculars are not fog or water proof.

Q: 7. I added lens hoods to protect the objectives but now the binoculars no longer fit in the case. Any recommendations for an alternative one?

A: I recommend the following: two 52 mm screw-in UV filters (I went for the B+W No. 010 MRC Master filters [a bit of "overkill," but they are excellent) and a pair of Canon 52 mm "pinch-style" lens caps (which fit securely when used with the B+W filters). I find this combination works well, looks good, and allows easy insertion of the entire assembly into the case. I have never understood the need for bulky lens hoods in this application, since the optics are very flare-resistant in the first place, and the filters protect the front surface of the objective lenses at all times. For the B+H filters see: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/search?q=B%2BH%2052mm%20UV%20Master%20filters&sts=ma For the Canon 52 mm pinch-style lens caps see: See: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/883410-REG/Canon_6315b001_E_52_II_Lens_Cap.html https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/883410-REG/Canon_6315b001_E_52_II_Lens_Cap.html

Q: 8. how do i order a small bag to carry binoculars in?

A: Opticron 10x50 Adventurer II WP Binoculars BH #OP10X50AII • MFR #30743 In the Box Opticron 10x50 Adventurer II WP Binoculars Lens Cloth Padded Neck Strap Soft Carrying Case ************************* 2 x Tethered Objective Lens Caps One-Piece Ocular Rainguard Limited 2-Year Manufacturer Warranty Binoculars cone with a case.

        Q: 9. Made in Japan ?

        A: Made in China

Q: 10. Is the internal rangefinder visible at all times? Can this binocular be use for astronomy too?

A: The Barska 7x50 WP Battalion Binocular does not have an illuminated rangefinder so it would be difficult to view in low light. They can be used for astronomy too but I would recommend using binoculars that do not have a rangefinder, but ones with more magnification and/or a larger objective lens diameter.
