Designed for dark environments or areas that are often poorly lit, the Q1941-E PT Mount Outdoor Thermal Network Bullet Camera from Axis Communications features an uncooled microbolometer image sensor to capture 384 x 288 resolution video at up to 30 fps that is scalable up to 768 x 576. The camera has a built-in window heater to allow the 35mm fixed lens to produce clear images in even harsh weather conditions.

Axis Video Motion Detection can alert you to vandalism and provides false alarm filtering. For added versatility, this camera is compliant with ONVIF Profile S and G. Electronic image stabilization helps keep video smooth during impacts or vibrations, while H.264 compression and Axis Zipstream technology optimize bandwidth usage. We had a fairly unique installation of 18 cameras in 3 buildings on our church campus. We had only a single camera connected to the NVR. 12 were connected to the provided POE+ switch. 5 were connected to a ubiquity POE+ switch with a “cameras only vlan” port profile.
