A: I bought the model 65. It is more than enough to fit 80D with 70-200mmm lens attached.

A: Depending on the brand/model of your camera and battery grip, the camera/grip combination may fit inside the Ruggard Lynx 75 SlingPack, though it may be a snug fit. The width of the case is 6.5 inches, so I would recommend measuring the height of your camera with your battery grip to see if the dimensions are shorter than the 6.5 inches indicated above.
