A: It is Fireproof for up to one hour at 1700°F so it should be fine for data. However, it would be recommended to store important data off site as a back up such as a cloud service.

A: It will save the fingerprint in the scanner. Even if you take the AA batteries out. Also there is an external battery pack as well.

A: No, but has keys if you don't want to use batteries or they die on you. Also can be bolted to the ground so no one can lift it and take it away.

A: Very easy, follow the instructions that come with the safe. You just push an initiate button and a light turns red on the fingerprint pad, place the finger you programed on the pad and when the pad recognizes your fingerprint the red light will turn green; you then have about ten seconds to turn the handle that lets you pull open the door.
