GRANITE TWO batteries are the first generation to introduce BLUESHAPE's GRANITE LINK, a Wi-Fi communication feature allowing for remote, real-time status monitoring via a free iOS/Android mobile app. Using GRANITE LINK you can check data such as State of Charge, Expected Time to Empty, Cell Temperature, Remaining Capacity, Full Charge Capacity, and Cycle Count. The state of charge and remaining runtime are updated in real time based on the actual load conditions.

An operator, camera assistant, or technical director can easily monitor the state of batteries in close proximity without having to physically press the button to check on the actual battery. A: I haven’t charged mine on a RED charger, but it’s likely to work. I use an IDX charger, not a Blueshape, and they’re fine. I routinely use whatever v-mount battery on whatever charger with no problems for years. The only real potential problem I see is if a warranty situation comes up. The battery company will blame the charger company for the fault and vice versa. When you get to know the chargers and batteries, after time, you’ll easily be able to diagnose if you have a battery problem or a charger problem. These batteries are the best I’ve ever had. Ditch those RED bricks. They’re only 90wh (if I remember correctly), but with a profile of a bug 120-140wh battery. It’s the worst of both worlds (weak currant, but the size of a big battery. Blueshape mini’s are the opposite. Low profile, low center of gravity, but the 140wh ones can deliver 12A continuously, which is unheard of for its size.
