The large gray Anti-Static Gloves from Sensei provide an advantage of eliminating static energy and preventing dust buildup that would normally land on your optics or other photographic equipment. Q: 1. how do you clean the brushes? They have to get dirty after awhile, don't they?

A: I would used either canned air, a small air compressor, or a vacuum.

A: I have no clue. During the pandemic my family wanted to buy anything and everything available to prevent touching surfaces directly. That's the only reason we got them. They are not medical grade. I am not qualified to recommend them for anything other than I love supporting B&H if it is at all reasonable. To my home, B&H offers great delivery, thank G-d!

Q: 3. Does it have a grounding cord like it's big brother?

A: I don't see any reference to a grounding cord on the Kinetronics instructions. They do recommend vacumming &/or washing the brushes from time to time depending on how much the brush is used. Mine seems to be working very well at removing dust particles from the film I'm scanning.

Q: 4. is this working as blower or just a vacum, thank

A: The DataVac®/3ESD is a complete anti-static vacuum/blower system.

Q: 5. Can it clean slides?

A: Yes.

Q: 6. I live in Australia and I am looking to purchase this. Will the voltage work in Australia?

A: No, In Australia, electricity runs at either 230V or 240V and this product only works with 120V.

A: Yes, the Sensei Anti-Static Gloves (Large, White) are good for handling prints.

Q: 8. Can it clean spools of 8mm and 16mm movie film?

A: Yes, this can clean 8mm and 16mm film. You should get a pair of movie reel rewinds. (Sorry, B&H no longer sells them.) You would then get every reel of film done in a jiffy.

A: The Sensei Anti-Static Gloves (Large, White) are manufactured from nylon and should be lint-free.

Q: 10. Are they washable?

A: Yes, hand wash in woolite.

I bought two pair of these on a Deal Zone deal. I bought them to protect my gear from my lotioned-up hands (I have dry skin and often have to rub skin lotion onto my hands, even in the warmer weather.). They're certainly better than the cheap knit gloves I usually wear. I wish now I had bought a couple more. Note: the large size fits me well, but it's none too large for my pretty normal size hands. 5

They seem great, keep the dust and smudges off when scanning prints.� Nicely made and good quality.� Prefer to ordering a dozen pairs of loose, cotton gloves. 5
