A: This softbox would come with rods to insert into the Plume Wafer Ring with Adapter for Balcar and White Lightning, B&H # PLSRB and that would be all you need to attach the softbox to your Balcar head. If you wanted to then use the same ring with a Bowens head, then you can just buy the Bowens S-type Adapter for Bowens and Wafer Softboxes ,B&H # BORD6210to allow that to work.
