Wireless audio streaming and portability are combined in the Bose SoundLink Micro Bluetooth Speaker in black with a black strap. This speaker pairs with devices over Bluetooth 4.2 with helpful voice prompts, enabling you to stream your favorite tunes through its 40mm driver and dual passive radiators. It can also pair with a compatible unit for Party Mode, where all speakers play the same track, or Stereo Mode, where one plays the left channel and the other plays the right channel.

IPX7 waterproofing lets you use it by the pool or in the rain and the Bose Connect app enables control from afar via your smartphone. Alternatively, track and volume can be controlled with on-device buttons. When a call comes in, use the SoundLink Micro as a speakerphone, or use it to access Google Assistant or Siri. It's also compatible with Amazon's Echo and Echo Dot. The speaker is equipped with a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery that provides up to six hours of playtime. The SoundLink Micro charges via its micro-USB interface.

When I first bought the micro sound link a few years ago, I was blown away by the sound quality from this palm sized speaker. From all the alternate options out there at that price point, this speaker stood tall (for being tiny one) in every aspect. Love the design, the look and feel of it and how it can just about fit anywhere. The sound , is crisp and vocals stand out beautifully. If you are into genres of instrumental music , acoustic folksy , jazz , the music coming out of this speaker sounds beautiful. If you're into a little punchy music which is heavy bass driven, then this is not the speaker for you. You're not going to get that deep bass sound if you are looking for one. But the bass sound is just about right on this speaker to make the music enjoyable at any given volume without the music and sound turning into noise. Now here's the best part - I got a second micro sound link speaker a few weeks ago just so that I could enjoy the stereo pairing function of these speakers. When connected on stereo mode, the music coming out of these speakers breathe a new life and sound so so good. I mounted each of these speakers on my lamp shades (the mounting strap on the speaker is just brilliant) on the left and right corners of my room and paired them as a stereo pair. Now standing at almost 6 feet elevated height , the stereo pairing sound now fills up my living room with beautiful sounding melodies. I highly recommend getting two of these and stereo pairing them for a much wider and warm sound full filling experience. 5

I purchased this speaker for my wife's birthday last week. We were listening to it in the courtyard of our building with neighbors. My wife turned her speaker on when a neighbor's died. Right away, everyone was saying how much better this speaker sounded. I already knew how good this speaker sounded, this is the the 3rd one I've purchased. The 1st two were refurbished.
