I use this battery on a legacy optical Canon flash trigger, the the ST-E2. I believe I get hundreds of triggers. That's my estimated guess. The plus side of these batteries is the storage life. So I keep a spare just incase I have unknowingly used up the power on the current cell. I can't keep count of the strength of the batteries because the flash trigger doesn't have a battery guage. Storage life (for me) can go into years. 5
