A: Yes there are drivers for Mac OSX 10.8.5. Also it uses the 6x8 output tray for the 5x7 prints as well.

Q: 5. How do I get rid of the pink color at the bottom portion of my prints? Is it the printer, or the adjustment on my camera?

A: You should be able to adjust the colors as you see fit, please refer to the manual. If the problem persists, please let me know.

Q: 6. Do these rolls have end caps on both ends of the photo paper roll? Over time the paper (in a new box) curls and you can't place it on the guide roll anymore. I want to be sure that new rolls have end caps on both sides!

A: No this paper roll would not have a paper end caps on both sides.

Q: 7. What is the safe storage temperature for the paper and ribbon? Will it be damaged if left out in a van on an ongoing basis?

A: For DNP DS6204x6 4 x 6" Roll Media for DS620A Printer (2-Pack) media, performance is maintained after long-term storage of 18 months in a darkroom at a temperature under 25 Centigrade, humidity under 65% RH. If the van is kept in a high temperature environment (for example, 40 Centigrade for more than 1 week), it may be damaged.

Q: 8. Since you are able to link multiple printers together, is it possible to designate one (DS40) for smaller prints (2x6/4x6) and one (DS80) for larger prints (4x8/8x10 or 12) and ANOTHER (DS40 or 80) for 5x7 only?

A: from what ive read yes I havent done it yet but depending on how you set it it will work

Q: 9. How many images can a full roll of ribbon print?

A: I have used DNP for over two years, and to answer your question honestly... it depends Meaning it depends on the photos that you print and the colors that are in them. It says a maximum of 260, but i would say it's closer to 250. I normally average about .90-.95 cents per 8x10 print. I normally run out of ribbon before paper. Hope this helps
