Ideal for bringing distant objects in close to make detailed observations for easy identification, the Sun Optics 12x42 WP Roof Prism Binoculars utilize BAK4 roof prisms and fully multi-coated optics to produce bright and clear high-contrast images with accurate color and improved clarity. This model features an apparent angle of view that approaches wide-angle to help offset the appearance of visible hand-shake common with higher power binoculars. Their larger 42mm objectives enable their use in challenging light such as at dawn and dusk, when many animals are active, or when trying to peer into dense forests with thick canopies.

Complementing the optical performance is a lightweight and durable aluminum-alloy chassis that is wrapped in a protective rubber armor. The armoring has a matte finish to reduce glare and helps to provide a slip-resistant grip — especially in cold and wet conditions. Each optical tube is nitrogen-filled and O-ring sealed to be waterproof and resistant to internal fogging when moving through extreme temperature changes or environmental conditions. A large rubberized focus wheel makes them easy to manipulate, even when wearing gloves, and twist-up rubber eyecups allow for comfortable use with or without eyewear.

Q: 2. Do these binoculars come with a case?

A: Yes, it does.

Q: 3. can you mount Swarovski 12x42 NL Pure Binoculars on a tripod ?

A: The Swarovski 12x42 NL Pure Binoculars BH #SW12X42NLPB • MFR #36012 will require a "cradle" type of tripod adapter. Example Swarovski UTAs Universal Tripod Adapter BH #SWUTAS • MFR #49185

Q: 4. Can someone please let me know what you think about the "shake" between 8x42 and 12x42? Is there a huge difference between them for using in birding, hiking, Safari and overall in the wild? I'm struggling to decide which one to buy. Thanks

A: If you are Birding, and Wildlife Viewing the 8X42 Model would be the way to go. 12X might be too shaky, and unstable for your purpose. I would go with the 8X if I were deciding between the two. Plus the 8X will be better in low light situations.

Q: 5. what are the dimensions of the binoculas?

A: Length 5 Width when folded 4.25 Depth 2.5 Some might think a bit bulky/heavy for birding, but these are far and away the best binoculars I've ever owned. As good as $500+ glasses that are half-again as big. Highly recommend.

Q: 6. what is the size?

A: The Length of the binoculars are 5.75 , and the Width is 3.3 .

Q: 7. I will buy Swarovski NL Pure 12x42 Binoculars My question is . Will these binos work for me. I have only one eye my right eye But its a stong healthy eye . My left eye is plastic.?

A: When using the Swarovski 12x42 NL Pure Binoculars, the Right Eyepiece Lens will be able to be adjusted for the most comfortable positioning to see a high resolution view. The 12X magnification may require a tripod to keep the view steady.

Q: 8. What is the minimum focusing distance?

A: Minimum Focus Distance: 10 ft.

Q: 9. How much do the binoculars weigh?

A: Approximately 1.75 lbs.

Q: 10. For PA deer hunting and looking through some cover and brush for horns which is best 8x42 or 10x42 or 12x42 ? o other

A: The Nikon 12x42 Monarch M5 Binoculars would be the best for deer hunting and looking through some cover and brush. The issue is being able to hand hold the 12X binoculars without shaking. When one tries the 12X one out, very often people choose the 10X pair, because it is easier to hold the 10X power binoculars. The solution is to use a tripod with the Nikon 12x42 Monarch M5 Binoculars. https://bhpho.to/3Zo9k33
