A: Okay. It does. Hopefully this will make some sense. On the back at about waist high is a zipper. Open the zipper which reveals a pocket. Turn this inside out and fold the rest of the vest into it. A: I wear a women's 18/20 and have the men's extra large. I would not be able to wear a down jacket with it, only a wool or flannel shirt with it (not insulated). I really wish they would design these for women as well. Since we are shaped different, men's clothing just don't fit right.
