Q: 8. This looks intriguing. Is it special purpose paper? One review mentions an adhesive. What are the prints meant to be attached to? Thanks.

A: It's the same as the full sized paper sheets or rolls. The only thing is due to the thickness of this paper & small size,, you might have to manual feed it in the larger printers (those that take up to 13x19 & above). Being so the manual feed won't recognize the 4x6 therefore you need to mount iton a larger paper. Please note this paper wont fit into the small all in one photo printers due to its thickness.

Q: 9. How do you deal with the rounded corners when printing?

A: See here how to print the Photo Cards: https://www.hahnemuehle.ca/hahnemuhle-photo-cards/

Q: 10. what is roll core size 2 or 3 inch?

A: The Hahnemühle Fineart Pearl Paper (24" x 39' Roll) has a 3" core.

I use the William Turner paper for prints intended for display. It has a beautiful texture and prints the full tonal range available from Epson archival pigments. Once I started using it I never felt a need to go to any other paper.

After photographing original paintings and I produce fine art prints for several local area artists. Everyone loves this paper. With oil reproductions, brush strokes jump off the prints. Pastels also benefit with fine details and depth. Business is expanding due to word of mouth and much of this is due to the quality of this paper. I assume there are other papers that may equal this, but I'm not switching. Using an Epson P800 soon to be replaced by an Epson P7570.

I accidentally left a review for this Hahnemuhle William Turner roll paper on my other purchase of the small 8-1/2x11 sheets. So the issues I stated about the roll paper are listed on the sheet paper review. The paper quality is exactly the same, it is par excellent in thickness, ability to show incredible colors and beautiful texture. The sheets lie flat after printing, the roll paper has the issues with curling. Once I sprayed the back prints very lightly with a fine water bottle mist, they uncurled. They would curl back up when dry, so I resorted to spraying ever so lightly again and laying tissue paper down, then a heavy MDF board over the whole giclee, not having any edges touched. It would come out completely flat after an hour or overnight. I produce giclees from my original oil & watercolor paintings. This paper has amazed me with the watercolor texture it imparts to the print. I am thoroughly happy with my giclees and can ask the dollar amount to make it profitable.

I love both the German Etching and WIlliam Turner 310. The German Etching gives little more depth - while the Turner softens lines. Both are superbly made. B&H does a top notch job of carrying both in inventory and quickly shipping.

A year ago I started reproducing pastel art work for a local painter using this paper on an Epson P800. Those fine art prints are selling beyond anyone's expectations. I'm now providing prints for six artists and everyone is blown away by the quality of these reproductions. It's hard to distinguish the originals from the prints. There might be other papers as good, but I'm not about to experiment.

I print fine art photos and this paper gives a depth and perceived sharpness that is awesome. Gamut is a bit narrow (as any art paper is), but the colors still pop. I get a lot of comments from viewers that see something in these prints they don't see elsewhere. Also like Museum etching and Torchon

I was very happy with this product. My experience with William Turner in flat sheets is that the surface can flake, and I was worried that with such a large area, an occasional flake would be unavoidable. I unfurled about 36 of the paper, dusted it, and inserted it into the printer. The result was a perfect print. My other concern was that I would need to aggressively uncurl the print, which might damage the surface. However, the print laid perfectly flat. For the remainder of the prints, I continued to pull the paper, dust it, and reload it. A bit of a pain, but the results were terrific.
