    A: I use the Glidecam 4000 but I believe the came-tv steady cam should work with this bracket. In addition I use this stand (Impact Turtle Base C-Stand - 10.75' (Chrome) on B&H. Solid stand. Holds my Glidecam and my panasonic AC130 no problem.

    A: Yes, in my set there were flash mounts included. Cold Shoe means that it is just a physical mount for the flash, it cannot communicate with your flash, like a hot shoe would.

    A: If you get the flat-base version of the 502HD, then yes you would be able to attach the head to the legs. This would be acceptable for a studio installation. However, video heads should be level for proper camera movement, and that is far easier with a half-ball base head and matching legs, such as the 546B and the 502HD with 75mm half-ball base
