The 10" Dual IPS LCD Monitor from Datavideo is a rack-mounted monitoring unit designed for broadcast, video production, and A/V users. The monitors feature built-in vectorscope, waveform, and video signal converters. Each has one 3G/HD/SD-SDI input and one HDMI input, with loop-through output for both. Built-in signal cross conversion allows each monitor to use one input for display and the other for conversion. The 4 RU rackmount design offers a mounting solution for on-site monitoring, video walls, and production trucks.

A: We are not made aware of the reasons why a product is discontinued from the Manufacture. We can tell you that this monitor is an IPS screen, something the F7 was not. That means it uses a bit of a higher quality screen than the original monitor.

A: This monitor does not have a waveform. For an affordable monitor that does you could look at B&H #ELOCM10PSM, which is the Elvid OCM-10-PSM.

The monitor was easy to set up and fully met expectations in terms of brightness, clarity, available functionalities and menu navigation. Price/performance also good compared to other monitor screens. 5

The FeelWorld 10 4K IPS Professional Field Monitor gets me into the game. Bought a used 'MD' camera, power supply and its 'lens' mainly for the connecting cable. With the FeelWorld 10 4k, I guessed and connected the four BNCs - Y, Pb, Pr, and a black BNC to four BNC inputs (Y, Pb, Pr, and Video) on the monitor. It worked! The FeelWorld monitor let me see whether a few other inexpensive SDI items I had bought worked or didn't work. Now I know several items that definitely do work. What I'm still learning about the FeelWorld 10 4K is what it actually displays. It does a lot, so I keep trying different settings. I am trying to help a small venue to keep afloat on a low budget. And like many, we want to use video. My only regret in buying the FeelWorld 10 4K is that we didn't buy it (or something like it) earlier. Monitoring is vital; knowing what you have - especially with 'Parts Only' equipment - means learning what a seller didn't know. So using a brand-new monitor can actually save money - at least for buying 'Parts Only' video equipment. 5
