A: The Google Nest Doorbell (Wired, Snow) should not be freezing when someone rings the bell. Any issue with this doorbell please contact Google support.

A: The Google Video Doorbell (Battery, Linen) will last a while if there is minimal motion that the camera sees. It can last a few months.

Q: 6. I don’t want the chime, Can I just use the camera?

A: If you like, you can turn off your doorbell chime so it won’t ring when someone presses Hello’s button. But you would still need to have it wired it to the doorbell for power.
