Everything has been going great so far but there is a lot of support lacking online and in forums. I had the shaking issue at first but solved that issue by setting the motors to med using the ZY Play app. Also, the motor that B&H recommends are incompatible so don't order it. Overall, love that it's built like a tank. I'm using a BMPCC 6k with Sigma art lenses and all is good. Will update in a few weeks. 5

Is this gimbal perfect? Nah. But you'd be hard pressed to find a more versatile one for the money. I use this with a RED Epic-W with the monitor and battery on with no issues. It's quick and easy to balance thanks to it's locking axises and the motors are powerful enough to balance almost anything. I've seen people complain that it's too heavy with these payloads...I'm not sure what people expected. It should be obvious that if you have a massive payload on this that you will want additional support. This gimbal has mounting points to easy use this with a monopod, easy rig, or other camera support systems. With my RED mounted I can use it for short periods before getting tired but it's really not that bad. There is no other gimbal in this range that can support a proper cinema camera. Ease of use is huge for me. I can go straight from sticks or handheld use right to this gimbal. Because of it's strength I don't have to completely disassemble my rig to get the quick shot that I want. The manfrotto style camera plate means that I don't even have to change my plate. If you shoot only on DSLR cameras than there might be better gimbals but if you need the extra payload than this is your best option. Unless you want to spend thousands more of course. I can't speak to many of it's features like it's SyncMotion or follow focus abilities and I likely won't use those. I did find their app easy to use. 5
