The EXT-UHD600-1SC also supports 1080p Full HD, WUXGA (1920 x 1200), 3DTV, and Deep Color (up to 1080p resolution) video. Multi-channel digital audio, including 7.1 channels of LPCM and HBR (High Bit Rate) digital audio formats, in Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, DTS:X, and DTS-HD Master Audio are passed through to the HDMI outputs. There is full electrical isolation between the transmitter and the receiver, meeting the stringent safety and EMC requirements for critical applications.

A: This supports up to 7.1 channels, which would tend to mean it will support lower options as well. It should work fine with the Atmos you have.

A: We have not gotten any confirmation from Gefen regarding this. The device is made for EDID management. It can take most any popular resolution so we feel that the frame rate of 23.98 is accommodated as well. Here is the manual for more information.

A: This is a splitter that will output the same signal that is inputted to it. If it is given a 4K signal, the 4 HDMI outputs will have the same 4K signal. It will from there be a matter of if the TV you are using can downscale a 4K image itself.

A: 50 feet is generally considered the maximum reliable length cap for 4k.

A: They do not list a spec for a maximum cable length. usually we recommend extenders (HDBase-T/Ethernet or SDI) if you plan to run cable further than 35ft however there are specially designed Fiber Optic HDMI cables that are rated to go much longer distances (100+ft). It is always best to test the cabling before doing a permanent install as there are many factors that may add interference or complications to your set up even if it is approved by Gefen.
