Love this monitor mount! Super easy to mount a monitor & putting it on the cold shoe is a perfect location for mounting the monitor. The one flaw that I’m not thrilled about is the tilt mechanism is linked to the locking knob on the cold shoe, so when you loosen it to adjust the angle of the monitor it becomes loose on the cold shoe, just make sure you’re not holding it so it can slide out while adjusting the angle of your screen. While annoying, I’ve gotten used to adjusting the locking mechanism with my thumb at the same time as adjusting the monitor angle it’s pretty quick, just wish you could lock it into the cold shoe, and set the tension on the monitor angle so it would adjust without having to unlock it every time. 5
