I had model x330 for almost 5 years before it stopped working, so looking to get the same longevity from X1000 as well. x330 stream was very clear, but its even better with this model. Love the rear cam as well - picture quality a great! 5

Been using the X1000 front and rear cameras for a few weeks. Very pleased with the video quality and ease of downloading onto computer for viewing. As a senior citizen (70+) it was easy to start using after the professional hardwired installation. The few questions I had, Thinkware customer service answered very quickly for me via email and chat. My car already has driver assist features so I am not using those features that come with this camera. I wanted the video quality to be super in detail, sharpness, lighting, etc. so I could see as much detail as possible. This camera delivers on those needs. Love the parking recording feature. Liked it so much, that I just ordered another camera for our second car. 5

I am happy with my X1000. It starts quickly and the images are great. The installation with the Thinkware OBD II cable was easy. For me this unit was the right balance of performance without the linking to my cell phone. This is my first dash cam. I mounted my rear camera incorrectly and the Thinkware customer service was great. They are sending me some more tape so I can remount it correctly. I really like the Thinkware products and would recommend them to anyone. 5
