This UltraLITE 2-Person Headset System from Eartec includes one UltraLITE Single-Ear Master headset, one UltraLITE Single-Ear Remote headset, two rechargeable LiPo batteries, a two-port charger, and a soft-side case. It is designed to accommodate two people who need to communicate wirelessly while simultaneously working with their hands. This configuration is intended for use in Europe.

The UltraLITE headsets have the transceiver built right inside the ear-cup, eliminating headset wires and belt-worn radios. They provide two-way voice communication and the microphone arm can swivel 270° allowing you to wear the mic on the left or right side. A: No you can not change the frequency this system. It has a fix frequency 1728 GHz you should not get any interference using this system.

A: I don't think you should have any problems as long as you are within the distance they are made for. In an open space they are good up to 1312'. Also they are not bluetooth they run in the 1920 to 1930 MHz range.
