A: Im told they can be used with more then two but I only purchased two. The two are excellent and work great on a large yacht solving any yelling to be heard. You can speak calmly and softly and be heard perfectly. Connecting a lanyard to each is recommended.

A: These units have an adjustable 5 position volume switch. It should have sufficient volume for most applications.
