A: From the MFR: This fabric does not have seams. The clips along the edges of the fabric will stretch it taught when attached to the frame. There may be very minor creasing like any fabric, but since this is a reflector, this will have no effect on the quality of light bounced back (or absorbed in the case of the black side).

Q: 4. What would be the weight of this product. Can we carry it in a suitcase when collapsed ? What would be the dimensions when collapsed ?

A: I think the weight is around 5 pounds. Even when it's collapsed, it may be too long to fit in an average suitcase.It does not come with a bag. I bought a separate Lastolite bag for it and you can check that separately when flying. Good luck!

A: The Lastolite Joe McNally Skylite Rapid with masks comes in a Lastolite box that is around Ln: 10.00 Wd: 5.51 Ht: .32 inches. But that is put in to a larger box once shipped from B&H. That size depends on many variables from the shipping department and cannot be obtained because of that.
