The Audix R61 Kit is a Performance Series single-channel true diversity receiver designed to deliver enhanced range and easy configuration for musicians, vocalists, presenters, and public speakers in houses of worship, concert venues, conferences, and live stage applications. It offers 207 pre-coordinated frequencies across 64 MHz of bandwidth in the 522 to 586 MHz frequency band. Use one wireless microphone (available separately) from up to 450' away. One-touch sync and auto scan functions provide simple and efficient setup.

The high-contrast LCD shows a host of information such as battery level, frequency, and AF/RF signal strength, which can be optimized via adjustable AF and RF gain. XLR and 1/4" outputs allow compatible connectivity with the balanced or unbalanced inputs on your mixing console. The R61 Kit ships with two antennas, two BNC cables, a carrying case, an audio cable, one power supply, and a rackmount kit.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. hi is this the new r400a or the old version? the picture is the old one but they discontinued that and called the new one the same model # (it's blue with the rounded front plate)

A: Yes, the Lectrosonics R400A UHF Diversity Receiver is the most recent version. Thank you for pointing out that we still have the photo of the older version. I will have our web team update the images to show the R400A Receiver with its current design.

Q: 2. Is there any body pack receiver that can be used with this product? I already own the BLX1 transmitter H8 but I am trying to see if it will work with a portable mixer for a film shoot.

A: There is no body pack receiver for the BLX wireless systems. Only tabletop or rack mounted receivers.

Q: 3. no antena in the box?

A: The Lectrosonics R400a will ship with power supply and 2 antennas.

Q: 4. Does this work with the Sennheiser EW 100 g3?

A: This transmitter is not compatible with an ew100g3 system. For a compatible transmitter, you'd want a B&H # SESK100G4A. Please note, you would need to select the SK100 transmitter that's in the same frequency range as your receiver.

Q: 5. Can I use two bodypacks and two wireless mics simultaneously on the BLX88 H10?

A: No, the Shure BLX88 Dual-Channel Tabletop Wireless Receiver (H10: 542 to 572 MHz) can only be used with two transmitters at the same time. The Shure BLX1 Wireless Bodypack Transmitter (H10: 542 to 572 MHz) and the Shure BLX2/SM58 Handheld Wireless Microphone Transmitter with SM58 Capsule (H10: 542 to 572 MHz) are both compatible transmitters, so you can use any combination of two.

Q: 6. Will this work with Canon BP-955 batteries?

A: No, the following unit will work with Canon BP-970 batteries only.

Q: 7. Will they work with sony uwp transmitters?

A: The IFBlue IFBR1C Bodypack IFB Receiver requires a specific IFB signal transmitted from a compatible Lectrosonics transmitter on the same frequency range and will not work with transmitters from other brands such as Sony.

Q: 8. Is it compatible with any mic system

A: No. This transmitter can only be used with these Shure receivers- BLX4, BLX4R, and the BLX88. Either receiver must be in the same frequency range as that transmitter, specifically range J10. Please also note, that transmitter has a ta4m connection, and can only be used with mics wired for Shure systems utilizing a ta4f on the mic.

Q: 9. Would this work using the sub1/2 output from my zoom f8 into the transmitter? I want to create a portable headphone feed from my mixer

A: Yes, it would. The sub1/2 output is a consumer line level output, which is identical to a headphone jack. The SilentPA transmitter has a 1/8 TRS input on the side of it, and you can plug the output into it. It is however, VERY hot and you'll have to have the volume knob on the transmitter all the way down. I set the sub 1/2 output to mic level to make it easier.

Q: 10. Hello. I want to use this transmitter with a Sennheiser XS receiver (EM-XSW1. This will be for an event in a fairly large venue (an ice rink). Will this combination have enough range? Will it cover the distance without adding static or white noise? Thanks.

A: The Sennheiser SK-XSW-A Bodypack Transmitter and EM-XSW1 Wireless Receiver can operate within a maximum range of up to approximately 200 to 250 feet line of sight. With the EM-XSW2 Wireless Receiver which has external antennas you can get a bit more distance.
