Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Will This work with a Canon Image Prograph 4000 and/or a Canon Image Prograph iPF 8300?

A: It is compatible but since it is a thin plain paper, I would recommend only using it in a low res draft setting.

Q: 2. When one loads this C1860A roll of paper into an HP printer (eg, T520e), is this a coated bright paper, or just a bright paper?

A: I use this paper for 23 x 36 prints. It is bright and lines are clear. Using about a roll a week in an HP 110 printer and have never had a jamb. I have worn out at least two sets of print heads. Never have given the paper a second thought it has performed perfect.

Q: 3. What media type should I choose at print setup? because I don't see a bond paper option for my Canon ImageProGraf ifp6200 Only options are Plain, Matte, Coated, gloss, photo, High Resolution etc

A: plain paper.

Q: 4. When one loads this C1860A roll of paper into an HP printer (eg, T520e), is this a coated bright paper, or just a bright paper?

A: I use it in my canon ipf6400 printer, wheat is produces great results. It looks like plain bond paper, but I haven't tried printing on the back side so I don't know if that makes a difference.I use it for test prints of ten foot square images and have wallpapered a room with it. Great stuff for the price , just buy it, it's cheap.

Q: 5. how many in rolls in a box?

A: There is only one roll per box.

Q: 6. Can I used this paper with pigment ink?

A: Yes this roll paper can be used with pigment ink.

Q: 7. Is this acid-free or PH neutral?

A: This paper is not acid-free. Also, pH is a measurement of the concentration of hydrogen ions in auqueous solution. If more hydrogen ions are introduced, the balance goes toward an acidic solution. If more clacium carbonate is added, the solution becomes more alkaline. Buffers, such as the bonding on this paper, is hydrogen-based and adds to the acidic value of this paper. So it is not pH-balanced, or neutral.

Q: 8. Can I use it on Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-4600 Large-Format Printer?

A: Yes, the HP Premium Bond Paper (24" x 300' Roll) can be used in the Canon Pro-4600, But since the HP bond paper is thin I will not absorb the ink well for high quality photos. Bond papers are mainly for technical drawings and not for fine art and photos.

Q: 9. What printer will fit the 500 ft. roll?

A: It will fit in the HP DesignJet T630 24" Large Format Plotter Printer B&H # HET63024 MFR # 5HB09A and HP DesignJet T210 24" Large Format Wireless Plotter Printer B&H # HET21024 MFR # 8AG32A for example.

Q: 10. this comes in 1 roll 42 inches,100 feet long? using it for an art project and need to cut out 4 x 40-42 inch circles. do you think that this product is conducive to this?

A: This paper will support cutting and alterations. You will need to be precise in your measurements with little waste to be able to cut out what you are wanting.
