Designed to be easily stretchable yet highly durable, this 36" x 100' roll of Decor Bright White Canvas from Premier Imaging comes in a satin surface finish suitable for a variety of applications. It is made of 100% polyester in a one-to-one textured weave and features a basis weight of 220 gsm and a thickness of 15 mil. The fabric dries nearly instantly and is water-resistant, helping ensure that your image lasts for several years after printing.

A: Although the Canon TA-30 printer can accomodate media upto 31.5 mil thick, the Canon TA-30 only uses 5 dye inks and would NOT be considered adequate for photographic or art reproduction.

A: The Epson SureColor P9000 44" Large-Format Inkjet Printer should have the paper profile for Epson Exhibition Canvas Satin Archival Inkjet Paper in the printer driver already. Just make sure you are using the latest driver. This does use Photo Black Ink.

Q: 9. I'm confused, Canon makes a 44" printer but only sells 42" roll canvas? What am I missing?

A: Even though Canon no longer makes 44 inch wide papers, there are other brands to choose from such as Moab, Inkpress, Canson, etc, that offer a variety of papers in the 44 inch width.

Q: 10. Do you have the paper printing profile? I own an Epson P5000

A: B&H does not have the profile for this paper however you could try using the profile for Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster or other similar paper. Often it takes a few tests to find out which profile will work best for a third party paper.

I've used Hahnemühle Photo Rag for many years. Coming from a background in alternative processes and printmaking, I appreciate the matte finish and traditional cotton rag paper feel--it makes my digital prints seem more cohesive with my cyanotypes and platinum prints. This is my first time trying the Bright White version. Unless you put the 2 papers right net to each other I'm not sure I could tell the difference, but I'm hoping it will give a light more pop to the highlights. 5
