Designed with architects and engineers in mind, this 22" x 150' roll of Double Matte Film from HP consists of a 4.8 mil thick polyester film with a basis weight of 152 gsm. One side offers a matte print surface designed to avoid line bleeds and resist smudging, while the reverse side is treated to minimize static buildup and allow for manual edits with pencil or ink. Other features include an opacity above 41% and brightness and whiteness values greater than 84%. The medium dries nearly instantly at room temperature, is recyclable, and comes wrapped in a 3" core.

The product itself is great. I used it on my epson photo stylus 1400, choosing the glossy photo print setting to slow down the printing process so that the ink would have enough time to dry. I did not need to use the entire 13x19 area so I was not vexed by the little filleted corner on the sheet, but just to let you know, there is one rounded corner on the film. this was probably put in place to let people know which side to print on. be sure to print on the rougher side of the film; if you hold it up to the light, you'll see that the rough side has a bit of a foggy appearance. the film itself is pretty thin and lightweight, which was great for my purposes. i would buy the product again, but that would probably be unnecessary seeing that this product only comes in large quantities. 5
